its a panosonic Home Theatre system the sub that is included doesent put out enough base for my taste.

Paradigm has good room-shaking subs, depending how much you want to spend, the PW-2200 is a good value, but if you want to make your neighbors think they are experiencing an earthquake the Signature Servo would be your best bet.

Sunfire also makes very powerful subs, the True Subwoofer EQ Signature has an amazing 2700 watts amp.

I’ve had a Home warranty for years. I need it due to older home. I want to switch because very few things are covered by my current company. Seriously, what are some good companies? Or what is a good website to see people’s reviews of home warranty companies?

Sensible and Aon home warranty stand at the top. Search "home warrant reviews" in Google and you will see the reviews. Make sure you check their ranking, reputation, deductible and premium before you buy.

I know there are lots of reasons to cut meat out of your diet. The one I personally find the most reasonable is for your health. I have met several people who have become vegetarian or vegan for "health reasons". So I’m wondering, what are these health benefits? Is meat not healthy? Why does cutting meat from your diet make you a Healthier person?

Well, first of all, meat rots in your stomach, that’s disgusting to me.

Lower blood cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure, less obesity and consequently less heart disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer, mortality, prevents cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

Vegetarians eat more antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotenes and phytochemicals. Phyotochemicals are components in plants that help to prevent disease. Antioxidants decrease the chance of getting heart disease, cancer and other diseases.

Eating red meat increases the chance of dying from cancer of the breast and colon, heart disease and strokes. Meat eaters have much higher rates of cancer than vegetarians. Cancer and cardiovascular diseases are linked to diets with a high amount of saturated fat (meat) and with a low amount of fiber (meat).

Animal products are high in sodium, which causes the blood to retain water and also causes plaque to build up in the arteries, lowering the flow of blood, which are major causes of high blood pressure.
According to a study done in England for 12 years of 5,015 meat eaters and 6,115 vegetarians, it was found that vegetarians had 40% less chance of getting cancer.

Sorry that this was so long, but it will thoroughly answer your question properly :)

Good luck!

Any recommendations on raised beds for gardening?

Posted by admin | 29/04/10 | Tagged Gardening

I’d like to install a raised bed for vegetable gardening this year. I think this will allow me more control over the soil quality. What’s the cheapest and easiest way to go about it? Should I buy one of the ready-made beds available online?
In case I wasn’t clear, the soil is not my concern, it’s the actual bed itself. Should I try to build one, or buy one that snaps together?

If you are handy at building then you should build one yourself. When you buy prefabricated kits you are then locked into size and design. Building one yourself will give you much more flexibility.
Not sure if this post will help but I thought I would give you the option of reading. Good luck and the neat thing is you will be gardening no mater which way you decide to go.

My boyfriend and I are finally moving into our first place on our own. It’s a great little duplex, and the only thing I don’t like about it is the ugly brown carpet that all of the cheap apartments and duplexes have. The dark brown. The walls and everything are painted white.

What colored Furniture should we start looking for? I want it to look CLEAN, but it seems like it’s going to be hard with such dirty, ugly carpet…

Go for an aqua blue color with white and tan accents. Use light colored wood like teak; no darker than oak.

Where do you get your rabbit food from?

Posted by admin | 29/04/10 | Tagged Food

My last two rabbits died when I got my food from Petsmart. The food was tested positive for mycotoxin poisoning which is a type of mold and both of my bunnies bled to deah. I’m getting a new rabbit tommorrow and need to know what type of food to get so that this doesn’t happen again. I was thinking that I should get manopro which is a type of food from tractor supply. I was planning on getting a 25 lbs bag but if any one knows any quality rabbit food then that would be helpful. Thanx!

I would highly recommend Blue Seal Show Hutch Delux, but it only comes in 50 lbs. If where you live doesn’t sell Blue Seal, you can always try to find Bunny-16 near your local pet store or online. That’s just my opinion. I used to feed my bunny both Bunny-16 and Blue Seal and when I took it to the vet, he’d always say he was a healthy bunny and it made me proud. My bunny died, though…

im planning on trading my bike in for a used nightster, i need to know if i will be able to Finance the taxes and fees or, what im guessing, have to have the cash for them upfront. thanks!

Like the guy above said, it’s your choice as to whether or not they go on the financing. You can pay it up front with the down payment which will reduce your monthly payment, or for a few bucks more a month, you can add it to the financing.

My daughter is five and her big brother has DS that she really loves. We are thinking about getting her one for Christmas. She wants a fashion design game and mentioned Imagine Fashion Designer. I want to know if that is appropriate and easy enough for her to do on her own. I would also like some other options for a fashion design game that would be good for her.

My fashion studio is more simple and easy AND fun than imagine Fashion designer, it really was HARD and all these menus for nothing.

It was a horrible game and "my fashion studio" really redeemed the company in question.

So go with "my Fashion studio" not imagine fashion designer!

How can I make an environmental board game?

Posted by admin | 29/04/10 | Tagged Environmental

I have to design a board game dealing with Environmental science for my AP class. Help! I have no clue how to start.

Have a path of squares that snakes around the board (like Candyland). Roll a die to go around the board. Have the instructions written in the squares. "Went green – roll again" "Left your lights on all night – back 2 squares" "Draw an EnviroCard" The EnviroCards could have points on them (like Life). The player with the most points wins the game, instead of the first player to finish (like having the most money in Monopoly).

Good luck. Don’t worry if the game ends up being lame. Have fun with it!

I am interested in perhaps working at a gym, or eventually starting my own. I do not want to sell fitness memberships, charging poor folks $800 for some premium package deal and lying to them about their fitness level. I really want to help people become Healthy and happy. I don’t really want to teach group yoga or something. I want to help people on an individual level as a personal fitness trainer. What education does it require and where would I be eligible to work? Please help. Thanks.
