HELP!!!
I have a Colombian passport and need to travel to the EU. My passport has my before family last name but I got married and took my husband’s last name. Now all my documents including the green card has my new last name.
The tickets were issued with my new last name (though the company I work for) but they do not match the passport names. Colombia doesn’t change the passport names.
Will I have a problem to apply for the Schengen visa or Travel to the EU?

Any answers much apreciated!!!
Thanks!

You must apply for a new passport. They will not let you in unless all documents match. When you get married or divorce or have any kind of a name change, it must be on your passport. If not, you won’t be allowed to enter.

I am planning on taking a solar Technologies course this winter, and afterwards, I’m planning on opening up a company, that sells, and installs for people, and in which case we would also be envolved with the windmills. I’m just wondering if this would be a good investment, and if people in Canada think its something that they would be interested in having?

Not yet. Solar is still inefficient and not cost effective. Solar companies have continuously underperformed. Solar wil not take off when the next step in technology is finally available, but who knows when.

I need a heavy duty sports bra for my super active lifestyle (sparring, martial arts). In addition, what specific exercises can I do to reduce the size of my chest? I’m only 5′0 but wear a 32C/D and would like to reduce my size to a more athletic shape and to be able to wear tank tops without spilling out of them!

Get an Enell Sports bra. It will hold you in without a doubt. Sometimes I go with a regular bra and a sports bra but I don’t need that with an Enell bra. Trust me, this thing is going to keep you in.

How do I get my retail merchants licence?

Posted by admin | 02/09/10 | Tagged Retail

I want to get my Retail merchants licence but I don’t know what to look up. Can you help me?

I am not completely clear on what you are asking. The State of IN’s site for licences is at:

http://www.in.gov/ai/licensing/

Could you be interested in learning more about internet marketing then I suggest you read the Commission Blueprint 2.0 Review or the Niche Blueprint 2.0 Review both of which can be found just by clicking those links.

or you can call them at 317.233.0800/ 800.457.8283

or you can email them at stinfo@sic.state.in.us

I don’t know that you can print your retail license online, but the above should help you answer that question.

I want to sell some prints of my photography. I put some on Etsy and haven’t gotten any responses or even any views yet. Have any of you ever sold your photography? How much did you sell it for and where? Was it successful? Do you know a good place to buy the protective sheets and cardboard backing for a pretty good deal? Any advice for selling Photography prints would be greatly appreciated.

A good starting reference for how to sell your photography is "Sell & Resell Your Photos" by Ron Engh. It’s published by Writer’s Digest Books. Although it’s mostly about stock photography, Engh covers other markets for your photography as well. You might be able to find copies of this book at your local library; your local bookstore; or at Amazon.com. You can also go to Engh’s website www.photosource.com.

The American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) also puts out various publications on how, where and for how much to sell your photographs. Their website is www.asmp.org.

Could you be interested in learning more about internet marketing then I suggest you read the Commission Blueprint 2.0 Review or the Niche Blueprint 2.0 Review both of which can be found just by clicking those links.

In "Sell & Resell Your Photos" Engh also lists suppliers where you can get the protective sheets and other supplies you would need.

Hope this helps, and good luck to you!

How can I buy travel vouchers to give as a gift?

Posted by admin | 30/08/10 | Tagged Travel

I would like to buy travel vouchers to give as a gift. They would be for travel originating in the UK – most likely to European destinations.
Ideally they could be redeamed online and could be spent on both air Travel and hotels.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks.
I want to get the vouchers from a UK based company or website.

You can buy airline vouchers directly from the airline – most offer them on their website. Virgin Atlantic offers "Virgin Vouchers" in denominations of £5, £10, £20 and £50. They’re sent out in a stylish wallet along with a list of all the places where they can be used.

Here’s the website w/ more info and where the vouchers can be used: http://www.thevirginvoucher.co.uk/info/where-can-i-spend-my-vouchers,28,AR.html

I am trying to come up with a list of Technologies that are likely to become widespread 10-20 years from now and essentially replace whatever we use now. The ultimate goal is to invest a certain amount of money into corresponding companies and forget for a decade or so.

So far, I got geothermal and tidal/wave power, genetically engineered crops, therapeutic stem cells and RNA interference, smart traffic controls, biodegradation, wireless electric grids. What else?..

I think General Electric (GE) will probable own or out do most of those companies so I would go with a conglomerate. !0-20 years they’ll buy all the successful power companies, maybe tidal/wave power, wireless electric grids. They are still involved in new electric technology and aircraft engines. Lots of companies still have other names, but are owned by a conglomerate such as GE.
